Zowel de complete bovengenoemde inventaris alsmede de 3500 titels zijn in de overnameprijs inbegrepen. Het pand is een huurpand met een huurprijs van 1100 euro excl. BTW per maand. De huurovereenkomst loopt nog door tot september 2009. Na deze peiode is verlenging van de huur van het pand mogelijk.
