The Detacheringsbureau was founded in 2013, is based in the central Netherlands, and operates nationwide throughout the entire country. The agency facilitates the temporary external hiring of professionals in the field of livability and safety in neighborhoods for municipalities and housing corporations.
Company activities
In addition to secondment, tailor-made training courses and e-learnings are offered to the public sector for the detection and tackling of subversive crime and the improvement of livability in districts and neighborhoods.

For the intended transaction, we assume a bid at enterprise value (cash & debt free) as of January 1, 2026.
An earn-out structure and/or (seller's) loan is not preferred.
The selling party is available for the transfer for a period and consideration to be determined later.
The purchasing party must possess sufficient size in terms of enterprise size, personnel, and financial resources to finance the acquisition.
