Company history/background
The defining characteristic of the company is the provision of information about and for a clearly defined segment within business services. This is expressed through the online platform and various diverse offline channels to connect the business client group/customers and the primary target group (of the clients) both online and offline.
The company is clearly the market leader in its segment and also serves as the point of contact in the industry for its client group 'HET'. Operations are conducted from a centrally located rented office. The workforce comprises 4 FTEs in addition to the (part-time) Managing Director.
In 2024, a revenue level of more than €750,000 was achieved with an EBITDA margin of over 30% (after entrepreneur remuneration). This concerns a clear, transparent, and stable revenue model with various scaling opportunities.

The company is on the verge of further growth and scaling up into various diverse advancement opportunities. However, this requires a different type of entrepreneur or affiliation with a strategic player who can take the company and its operations to the next level.
The current Director-Major Shareholder is naturally willing to cooperate in a good and smooth transfer.
