Description
This company is the SaaS platform that enables agencies to grow brands smartly and scalably on marketplaces such as Amazon, Bol, and Kaufland.
With modular tools for channel selection, product listing, pricing, and advertising, work that is normally done manually is automated.
With this, agencies gain full control over their client portfolio and can successfully manage multiple brands simultaneously. They need access to new channels to help their clients achieve more conversions, revenue, and performance. This company offers them this access from a single operating system.
It capitalizes on the explosive growth of e-commerce via marketplaces and offers a scalable revenue model with low marginal costs.
Since the go-live in Q1 2025, various parties (agencies) have already joined. This has resulted in a current (and rising MRR) of EUR 40,000. The license fees are paid by the agencies' clients.
Company activities
The development of the application is carried out in-house. The company is currently in the process of phasing out all externally used software, so that the platform will be fully managed in-house in the short term.
The company is led by three experienced entrepreneurs. In addition, there are currently approximately eight employees.
Business model:
It combines B2B SaaS subscriptions with performance-based fees, resulting in a scalable and profitable model:
- SaaS revenue: monthly fees for access to marketplaces, AI tools, and analytics.
- Performance-based compensation: variable commissions based on sales performance and advertising management.
Founder(s) experience:
The three founders combine decades of entrepreneurship in scalable companies. The entrepreneurs have already founded various companies and grown them to a successful exit.
Moreover, the team has over 15 years of e-commerce experience, which has led to the comprehensive solution we offer.

It is an advantage if an investor has knowledge of e-commerce and the (international) scaling of a fast-growing company.
The minimum ticket size is EUR 10,000. The total funding requirement for this round amounts to EUR 600,000.
To date, EUR 400,000 has been invested by the founders in two rounds.
A vehicle has been established in which new investors can participate.
