In addition to standard courier services for various clients, the courier company also performs courier services for diverse medical clients (based on contractual agreements).

The company holds the necessary permits for carrying out the work. In total, more than 10 employees are active, either full-time or part-time. A small portion of the vehicles is leased, while the majority are owned.

The company is characterized by independent business operations, lean management, a high degree of automation, and flexibility. The company is managed by a local salaried manager. The owner-manager has virtually no weekly work effort and manages the company remotely to a limited extent. His focus lies on his other companies in the Netherlands.

The company is centrally located in the north of the country. The business location is leased and has a very reasonable rent. The continuation of business activities at the location is not a mandatory part of the business acquisition.

In 2023, revenue of over €665,000 was realized with limited profitability. The company has a solid track record with sufficient (new) market opportunities in the near future; better local management can ensure this.

A strategic market player is being sought to acquire the current and future business activities. The current owner-manager is willing to cooperate in a proper and smooth transfer of the company to the successor. This concerns a 100% share transaction.
