Company history/background

A sustainable surprise… in European nature reserves

The group of nature resorts throughout Europe, starting in Italy, that this Dutch initiator envisions is characterized by:

• away from the hustle and bustle, away from the daily routine,
• 100% nature,
• 100% sustainable,
• stay overnight in unique architectural guesthouses, in the middle of an ecological habitat,
• food from our own land and from local organic farmers, to prepare further yourself (not to be served),
• experiential programs, to experience nature more intensely,
• landscape, culture, architecture and art
• small-scale with at most 50 guesthouses combined with central facilities spread over a relatively large plot of 40 hectares or more,
• complete privacy and freedom.

Company activities

Locations are characterized by:

• overwhelming nature,
• no noise or light nuisance, no nearby business activities and/or traffic/urbanization
• clean air,
• self-sufficient in energy, food, and water
• exceptional architecture and landscape art

The target groups for the resorts are couples, families, and groups of friends with an income starting from the median.

Unique selling points

Comprehensive area analysis determines project development:

During the development, we will intervene as little as possible in the natural form and growth of the site to preserve its authenticity and purity. A hill remains a hill, a slope remains a slope, and trees remain standing.

The costs of the project development will be definitively formalized after the location selection, based on a comprehensive area analysis.

In the conceptual design, it was estimated that recovering the initial costs and achieving profitable operation must be possible at all times.

The purchase of a suitable plot of land takes place following the area analysis and 100% suitable agreements with the (local) authorities.

Co-owners / investors wanted:

We are seeking parties who wish to become co-owners and co-investors in the land acquisition and development of the resorts.

The first resort will preferably be developed in Italy. Currently, an active search is being conducted for suitable locations in Tuscany and Umbria. A number of potential sites have already been visited, and discussions have also been held with various (local) parties.

The development of other suitable locations (in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium) as “stepping stones” is not ruled out.

Participation is possible from 300K Euro.
