The company offers a shared services center for independent credit advisors and business bankers. To do so, the company utilizes an existing crowdfunding platform, adapted to support administrative processes.
Company activities
From bank credit to equity financing.
Participating parties are offered the opportunity to finance credit applications through their own informal network, informal networks of fellow credit advisors, and (eventually) institutional investors. The credit advisor decides whether applications from others are forwarded within their 'own' informal network.
Unique selling points
Integrity register for all participants.
Participating parties are required to register in the Integrity Register and to certify with the DSI. An exemption is being requested from the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) regarding Article 3:5 of the Financial Supervision Act (WFT), in order to operate in accordance with a crowdfunding platform. The possibility exists to also support brokerage in shares.
