Entrepreneur seeks (phased) acquisition of a B2B trading or manufacturing company in the Southern Netherlands

Company history/background

For an experienced MBI candidate, we are looking for a B2B trading or manufacturing company in the Southern Netherlands, preferably active within a clear niche market with further national and international growth opportunities.

Preference is given to companies within technical trade & industry, food & beverage, or sport & leisure. The company sought is preferably a mature enterprise with a stable and healthy cash flow, at least approximately 10 employees, and a turnover of approximately €5 million or more. Larger or smaller companies are not excluded in advance.

Companies where further value can be created through commercial strengthening, internationalization, scaling up, or optimization of business operations are of particular interest. The search region covers approximately 45 kilometers around 's-Hertogenbosch.

Company activities

The buyer is an entrepreneurial and energetic MBI candidate with experience in international sales within a B2B environment involving technical products. Additionally, as a hands-on investor, he has gained experience in business transformation, process optimization, and further professionalization within technical trading companies.

His ambition is to continue building the growth and development of his own business as an independent entrepreneur, outside the context of his family office.

The candidate combines a commercial background with strategic and operational entrepreneurship. He is accustomed not only to contributing at a strategic level, but also to being actively involved in the execution and further professionalization of an organization.

He is characterized as goal-oriented, creative, approachable, and decisive, and has a keen eye for commercial opportunities and operational improvements. His experience within technical B2B markets and international sales forms a solid foundation for the further growth of the company.

Other

The preference is for a partial or phased acquisition, in which the current entrepreneur remains involved for an agreed period and continues to build the business together with the buyer. This also makes a gradual succession or pre-exit structure open for discussion.

A full takeover is also an option, provided clear agreements are made regarding an appropriate transition period.
