Company history/background
The company offers a proven mother-baby exercise concept focused on strength, recovery, and social connection for women in the postpartum period. Mothers can exercise together with their baby in a safe and accessible way through local group classes or an online home program.
Company activities
Through a licensing model, trainers in the Netherlands and Belgium are trained and supported to implement the concept locally. An active network of 70+ licensees in the Netherlands and Belgium has been built since May 2025. The training for licensees consists of online theory and a practical day on location. Licensees include trainers, sports instructors, midwives, and physiotherapists who offer the sports class under their own company name. Mothers who wish to participate in a sports class with the trainer can register via the general website for this concept, but also directly with the trainers.
In addition, an online home program is available for mothers with a baby to work on her recovery step by step at home (together).
Unique selling points
The concept distinguishes itself through the combination of responsible postpartum exercise, strength training, mother-baby bonding, and interaction between mothers in the same life stage. The company has a training structure with CRKBO registration, supporting materials, and a unique carrying device to make exercising together safe and suitable. There is an active network of over 70 licensees in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Other
The current owner has primarily invested in the development and structuring of the concept, including the support tool used in the lessons, quality registration, coaching, and sales support. The foundation is in place, and the next phase focuses on growth, scaling up, and optimization. A careful handover and onboarding period are possible, but it is also possible for the owner to continue performing substantive work, for example as a freelancer, to effectively safeguard knowledge, quality, and trainer supervision.
