Company history/background
The establishment is located in the characteristic and monumental building on the Oude Dieze in the historic city center of vibrant and Burgundian Den Bosch. Bordering the famous waters of the Bossche Binnendieze and the Bossche Broek nature reserve, this makes for a fantastic location to come and enjoy the city's living room every day. Over the past few years, the location has grown into a beloved spot for early coffee drinkers, remote workers, locals, young families, and tourists.
The current franchisee has chosen not to renew his expiring franchise agreement. In nearly 5 years, the hospitality business in Den Bosch has grown into a successful location with a unique range of various hospitality services: a unique conservatory suspended above the famous Binnendieze, a meeting room and flexible workspaces on the first floor, regular catering partners, and packages in collaboration with Kring Vrienden for the popular boat tours.
Company activities
A daily breakfast service for various hotels in Den Bosch, and the top floor is rented out as a residence. The takeover price excludes the monthly rent of € 8,578.19 (excl. VAT).
