Company history/background
Compact reintegration agency with fixed public clients, a fee per trajectory, and operations managed by a single person. Revenue increased by 24% in 2025, and the first half of 2026 is once again above that level.
The company has been in existence for approximately five years and has grown during that period into a stable operation with a fixed base of public clients in the region. Currently, there are five active agreements, with extensions with virtually all clients.
The business is structured to be run by one person. The current owners collectively dedicate 32 to 40 hours per week to it, equivalent to one full-time position, supported by flexibly deployed staff for support tasks. There are no salaried employees.
Company activities
The company carries out reintegration assignments for public clients. For each assignment, the client registers candidates, whom the company guides until placed with an employer in the region.
The working method is documented and applied in the same way to every assignment. This makes the execution less dependent on individuals and easy to transfer to a successor. The client receives a periodic progress report.
Invoicing is per registered candidate, regardless of the outcome of the process. Each assignment has a fixed duration and an allocated budget; the number of registrations is determined by the client. The service area is located in South Holland, and the activities are not tied to the current office.
