Company history/background
The company started in 2013 as a developer of software and applications aimed at making digital learning and the digital learning environment more enjoyable and efficient.
In addition to the daily activities in this area, a great deal of time has been invested in the development of the current platform on which the modules developed to date run.
Collaboration with professional parties has resulted in the current modules being unique to the sector in which they are used and distinguishing themselves through the quality of the module and its content.
The three shareholders wish to sell the company due to other plans for the future. They believe the time is right to transfer the business at this stage so that the new owner can take the next step.
