This means that there are approximately only 11.6 camping pitches per hectare (10,000 m²), making the pitches very spacious with plenty of privacy! Consequently, there are ample possibilities for expansion on the property itself. Part of the grounds consists of woodland on which no camping pitches are located, but which does permit the activity of recreational accommodation (!).
The campsite includes, among other things, a detached manager's residence, group accommodation (approximately 44 people) (potentially rentable as two units), and two sanitary buildings. The entire property is held under a long-term lease by the landowner. The lease agreement was recently extended until December 31, 2053. Pursuant to the lease agreement, only tourist camping pitches are permitted.
