Company history/background
Description:
Due to the introduction of zero-emission zones, taxi fleets will need to accelerate their transition to electric vehicles in the coming years. This creates a new operational challenge: dispatching is no longer only about driver availability, but also about driving range, charging moments, and vehicle-specific buffers.
For larger fleets, this is hardly manageable manually. A miscalculation immediately leads to lower availability during peak times. While many parties invest in vehicles, charging stations, and energy, the software layer that integrally manages dispatching, range, charging strategy, and fleet management is often still missing.
The company addresses this with an asset-light software solution that provides this coordination layer. The model has been operationally proven in Amsterdam and is scalable to other European cities where similar zero-emission regulations are being introduced.
The company’s moat lies mainly in data, operational position, and increasing model accuracy as more rides are processed through the platform.
The company is currently raising growth financing. Part of the round has already been committed or is in advanced discussions with public and private financing parties. There are currently no institutional VCs on the cap table.
The application lowers the barrier to entry for drivers through access, insurance, and financing, while increasing predictability and margin per driver through planning, pricing, and retention. Through the platform, drivers gain easy access to a fully electric fleet, which addresses a current challenge for drivers. In addition, the platform supports them with a smart profit-sharing model, making drivers’ income higher and more predictable.
Current monthly revenue is approximately EUR 55,000 and is currently growing by approximately EUR 5,000 to EUR 7,000 per month.
Company activities
After a period of testing, the company went live in 2024. It experienced controlled growth in 2025, with a focus on the Amsterdam region. Several successful financing rounds have already been raised, including from a municipal climate and energy fund.
The company operates in a market that, in the Netherlands alone, represents more than EUR 1,000,000,000. It is expected that, following growth in the Netherlands, the company will also start operating in Europe from 2027 onwards. The European market exceeds EUR 25,000,000,000.
With its first module, the platform already addresses two major challenges:
The high barrier to entry; and
The unpredictable income faced by thousands of drivers on a daily basis.
The next modules will primarily connect larger B2B transport operators through a subscription model, further increasing margins.

Other
Financing Requirement:
The required financing for this round amounts to a minimum of EUR 750,000, with a minimum ticket size of EUR 75,000.
The financing will be used for the further development of the platform, expansion of the software development team, targeted adoption and marketing campaigns, and working capital.
Financing is possible through a direct equity investment or a convertible loan.
In the case of a co-investment, a municipal climate and energy fund has committed to providing additional financing. This fund has already provided several rounds of financing and is interested in investing further.
There is room for an active role in addition to the contribution of capital. The platform is looking for strategic “smart money” investors to accelerate early-stage scaling. Experience in internationally scaling a B2B infrastructure and mobility-tech solution would be a major advantage.
