The young company in question develops and sells electromechanical leveling systems used to level vehicles. Dozens of systems have already been delivered (including installation on vehicles) in Northern Europe. The company intends to expand further in Europe.

The young entrepreneur in question possesses extensive (engineering) knowledge regarding these systems and their applications. In the future, additional systems will be developed to connect to multiple types of vehicles.

Purchase financing for deliveries from Asia
The company has its parts produced at various locations in Asia. The company requires more financial flexibility in purchasing.
In addition, the company is looking for a financial growth partner, focused on:
- international sales,
- the further development of the European dealer network,
- further development into multiple systems
- broadening the product range to different target groups.

Financing and/or participation in the share capital
We are seeking a party willing to provide financing of at least 150,000 euros, and subsequently – based on existing added value – to participate in the equity capital. Added value includes, for example, expertise in automotive, leisure, and/or international sales.
